Portrait Photography at Cranbrook Gardens

Photographers, the scenic grounds at Cranbrook Gardens are now available as an unforgettable backdrop for your next portrait photography session! 

Spring Session (Preseason) 
Please note that restrooms do not open until early May. Fountains are also typically turned on and sculptures uncovered in early May. The annuals in areas like the Sunken Garden are usually planted around Memorial Day Weekend. 

We recommend using the natural wooded areas, beautiful fieldstone walls, and rich architecture for your portraits during the preseason. Popular areas include The Mountain and the Japanese Garden.  

Sessions are to be reserved by the photographer. Individuals interested in having their photograph taken at Cranbrook should contact their desired photographer to reserve the session. Cranbrook does not provide photographers.

Admission 
$300 for 1-4 people being photographed

$500 for 5-12 people being photographed
Sessions may not exceed 12 people (not including the photographer)

Advance reservations are required. Registration closes seven days in advance of the session at 9:00am.
