Opening Reception: Art in the Elements

Presented by Cranbrook House & Gardens Auxiliary and the American Institute of Floral Designers - North Central Chapter.
Please join us for the Opening Reception of Art in the Elements 2018 and be among the first to see large floral creations on The Mountain at Cranbrook Gardens; the exhibition becomes an entirely different experience at sunset! Opening Reception guests will also have the chance to mingle with some of the artists and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, dessert and a cash bar (21 and up) inside Cranbrook House. Register online today!

Proceeds from this fundraising event will help support the preservation of Cranbrook House & Gardens and the scholarship fund of the American Institute of Floral Designers - North Central Chapter.

Admission
$50 per guest
Includes early-access to the exhibition, hors d'ouevres, dessert, and a $25 tax-deductible donation.

Register online using the link below or by calling 248.645.3149. Advance reservations for the Opening Reception are required by Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 12:00pm. 

The exhibition will be held rain or shine. Reservations are nonrefundable.

About the Artists
This exhibition is designed by members of the American Institute of Floral Designers - North Central Chapter. AIFD and its worldwide accredited members are in the forefront of the industry in presenting educational design programs and in designing flowers for such renowned events as the Tournament of Roses Parade, Academy Awards and Presidential Inaugurations.

Parking
Parking is available onsite. Additional parking is available across the street at Christ Church Cranbrook.

Accessibility
Cranbrook House & Gardens is a historic facility preserved and maintained as closely as possible to its original design. As such, there are certain natural and artificial surface conditions, such as grass, wood chip, stones, stairs, steep slopes and uneven terrain which can make walking and use of a wheelchair difficult. Assistance for persons using wheelchairs or walkers is recommended.
