Cranbrook House Tour Policies

Entry
- Doors to Cranbrook House open 15 minutes before the event begins.
- Entry will not be permitted after the event begins.
- We recommend guests be at least 13 years old.
- There are no physical tickets for this event. Simply show your reservation confirmation (on your cell phone is encouraged) to the volunteer when you enter Cranbrook House.
Refund Policy
Your registration helps support the preservation and general operations of Cranbrook House & Gardens.
Registrations are nonrefundable except as described below.
If we cancel the event, your registration will be refunded.
In some circumstances, we may offer you the option to choose between a refund, ticket transfer, or converting your purchase to a tax-deductible donation.
We will send you an email with complete information if an event is canceled.

Pet Policy
Only service animals are permitted inside Cranbrook House.
Photography Policies
Photography is permitted for personal use only. No special equipment or tripods may be brought on the tour. Please keep your flash turned off.
By entering this event at Cranbrook House & Gardens, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
- Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name in connection with the promotion of Cranbrook and its activities, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.
- By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
- You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done with this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

Parking is available onsite in our main lot. Additional parking is available on Lone Pine Road.
Accessibility
Three accessible parking spaces are located on the exit drive just south of the Cranbrook House Courtyard. There is a ramp to enter the main entrance of Cranbrook House.
