Join Hanbo Ma in a spoken word recital as she guides us through the world with works by Scarlatti, Grieg, Granados, Gershwin/Wild, and Chinese composers Jianzhong Wang and Yiqiang Sun.
Establishing herself as one of today’s promising emerging artists, pianist Hanbo Ma has made appearances in solo recitals, as well as being featured with orchestras throughout Asia, Europe, and North America.
The recital will feature Cranbrook’s 1929 Steinway & Sons Model D Concert Grand Piano—iconic for its use by Leonard Bernstein
