Recital Begins at 7:00pm
Reception: 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Experience the musical talents of Ray Chen, a violinist who The Sydney Morning Herald called “a paradox: the epitome of cool, yet a man with a zany, anarchic and public sense of humour, combined in a world-class violin virtuoso with a technique of fire and ice.”
Ray Chen will be accompanied by award-winning concert pianist Julia Siciliano on the Cranbrook House 1929 Steinway & Sons Concert Grand Piano. Please join Ray Chen and Julia Siciliano for this fundraiser supporting the Steinway Piano Recital series at Cranbrook House.
The performance will run approximately 50 minutes without an intermission. A reception with light hors d’oeuvres, dessert, a cash bar (21 and up), and the opportunity to meet Ray Chen and purchase his new album, The Golden Age, will follow.
